I've been shopping at this Vitamin Shoppe location for the past 6 years what brings me back is the customer service. The Store manager Luis is an overall awesome employee. He knows how to connect with the customer to build that in store trust, also very knowledgeable about the store products literally if you go in not knowing exactly what you want or need Luis will make sure you have the correct item (s) in your hands. Overall the entire team work ethic will turn you into a loyal customer.

The only reason we kept coming back to this Vitamin Shoppe was Kenia. She’s incredibly professional and has an impressive knowledge of supplements. Unlike others, she genuinely takes the time to help and guide you to the best options.
Haven't seen her in a while.

The bleached hair broad working there today needs to be more polite and professional with the customers. She doesn't even bother to say "Thank you, have a good day" either. I would suggest her to feel some embarrassment from the fact that the other YOUNGER girl employee was kind and asking if I needed help finding something. Not the first time I see younger people being more mature than people of bleach girl's age.

Great selection of vitamins and natural products. Perhaps a bit high in price, but the quality of their labels are good! The staff is nice and friendly, also they are not too pushy in their selling. They let you look around without asking if you're doing ok every few seconds. It's a more comfortable experience than I was expecting. Haven't really asked them about products because I typically went in knowing what I was looking for, so I cant really gauge the workers knowledge of their products.

We went today with my husband , and Brian/ Bryan was really helpful to us and he knows all his products.He deserved to be promoted! WE HIGHLY APPRECIATED WHAT HE DID TODAY .

My experience at this branch was awful and unprofessional. As I entered the store, the clerk was preoccupied with her computer. I was looking for a new product natural eggshell membranes. I could not find and asked the asked the manager. The manager did noy know where it was but told me it must be in the bone joint section. I finally found it. As i paid for my items the same clerk rang up my sales and didnt bother to ask me if I wanted a bag. She turned away from without saying " thank you".
I had to prompt her that U wanted a bag despite the extra cost.

They have great products but terrible customet service.

I will go to Vitamin World.

Great place for vitamins, self care products, and CBD! Their products are authentic CBD products so it's convenient. Store is always clean and the employees are helpful.
