Please avoid this store!
Customer service (Carlos) extremely rude and dismissive. Did not explain return/exchange policy regarding scrub caps, apparently they cannot be exchanged. Instead of being rude “they are all unisex!”, give your customer an opportunity to be sure they want to make the purchase especially when you know your store won’t allow the customer to return the item. Will never return to this location

Why on earth would you only offer exchanges in a store that specifically sells one item? what if someone no longer needs scrubs? it’s truly stupid that they won’t give you a refund here. just looking to scam people of their money. i will never be going back. i’ll buy on amazon instead.

I walked in and not once was greeted. Throughout my visit the lady at the counter didn't even ask if I needed anything. When I asked her if they had something and she was so nasty and rude and said whatever is out that, that's it. I went up to the counter and she was arguing with me with an attitude about a discount. I ended up leaving everything and went to Scrubs and beyond. They deserve my money after that visit.

Walked in to buy some scrubs. The two ladies working said hello and proceeded to carry on with their conversation. I as a manager take customer service very seriously was not impressed. Not once did they ask me if I needed help or what type of uniform i was looking for. I wanted to purchase a uniform but since the customer service I didn’t receive was very poor I decided not to go through with my purchase. When I walked out they didn’t even say bye or have a nice day. I won’t be back.

Honestly, the quality of the uniforms is poor. Better off getting your uniforms elsewhere. Though, one of the staff members that usually works there at night, is very nice. However, I can't say the same thing about the other woman who works there during the day. Not very nice!

Watch out people!!! They take your money and then if your unsatisfied they dont give you a refund. They give you store credit and you can only use the gift card in the store and not on online.. I dont live in the area so they beat me out of 103.50.
I will never buy another scrub from this place. The uniforms are all on the racks that's why they keep your money. No ones shops there.

Very rude when I bring my stuff to the register and hear “That’s it?” in a stern voice from the same woman. How bout, “Did you find anything you need?” Or “Hows your day going?”

All she seemed to care about was my initials on the receipt so I know that it’s exchange only.

This has happened on multiple occasions. 👎🏼
