Never had any problems with them, always respectful as well helpful. Have a door I have been going to pickup now for 2 weeks but if that 1 is gone he will get another one...it's not Lowest so don't expect that...for what it is, it's a damn good business with nice people working there

Eric is a very dishonest person. Ordered $2500 with of bath fixtures and gave me the run around for more 3 months that it will come in to pick up. I had to continuously contact them asking if it was in. I realized I would never get them so I contacted my credit card company to reverse the charges. Now credit card has charged me back because Eric stated I picked them up. WTH is wrong with people today. Local companies in Albermarle are horrible to deal with. Eric deserves to be arrested for credit fraud.

Disappointed!!!!!
This placed was highly recommended for my replacement window screens. Took 2 screens there over a month ago. Was told he could make me new frames and screen them. Time-frame around 7 days. Quoted me an amount. After going by there and calling several times since then, I was able to find someone there today. My old screens were sitting in the exact spot I left them over a month ago. New ones have not been made! No communication at all. The girl working DID NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE DONE. She rescreen the old frames that were bent and I tried to explain to her more than once the frames were too bent to be used. Anyways she continued to rescreen - charged me $20.00 needless to say when I got home,couldn't use the bent frames. $20 down the drain.... I asked that girl where was the man and she stated he hadn't been around, because he went crazy.... she didn't seem to be joking about that. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Wonderful people. They know mobile homes! If they don't have the part, they'll get it. From the outside they look closed. Not so on the inside. Quite the variety in there. You're bound to find something you need!
