Nice shops, great variety, but very difficult parking with tight spaces. They should be aware that the quality of the shops, bring customers with luxury SUV's that make them very difficult to park, plus the drivers are not the best to be homest.

This is one of my favorite places. I don't get to go as often as I used to but the flowers. The atmosphere outside beautiful. I don't know how you guys got it mixed up and said I rated it one star. It's a gazillion Stars ?

I had a wonderful time for my ? birthday ?! The Ambience is always impeccable. Our Greeter was friendly and had a beautiful smile. Ms. Emmy was our waitress and she was amazing, funny and knowledgeable. We ordered the Wood grilled grouper and the lamb chops. We had the new Old Fashioned and I a glass of the house Merlot and the pineapple Cosmopolitan. Also Henessancy Cart? For an appetizer, Stuffed shrimp. Everything delish.

This is the place for shopping, restaurants and some legal stuff like banks if you’re in the Birmingham (AL) area. Some great restaurants (North Italia/ P F Chang) but also shops like an Apple shop or Victoria Secret or grocery stores like Trader Joe

Great stores. It's mostly walkable, but you do have to walk because parking is a battle depending on where you want to go.

What a pretty outdoor shopping area. It's got high-end stores, more mainstream stores, a movie theater, and restaurants... and (very docile) geese who are quite an attraction.

Went to Summit before stores opened. What a peaceful and beautiful place. Weather was perfect. My walk was nice, and my company, had my full attention. Of course, it was my wife, so I better pay attention.

Where to start? Let's see. The first thing was my grandson ordered orange juice which came out half water and half orange juice and they admitted they had run out of orange juice so they just filled it up with water negative. We were given another table's food. But on a positive note, the garlic bread with mushroom something on it is divine order
