Very happy with our purchase. Delivered as we were told. Assembly took three of us a few hours plus sessions. Take down took four of us around 90 minutes from start to finish including placement in the shed. I think we need more bamboo next year and we certainly had to tie down the schach. But our family was super happy.

Most beautiful Sukkah! We loved ours! We got the open air sukkah 10x16. They sent us a tapestry of Israel to go with it. Truly gorgeous!

I ordered the Open Air Sukkah. Set up was fairly easy, and the Sukkah was the subject of multiple compliments. The structure was solid, the “walls” let in plenty of air and the schach was attractive. I also ordered several of the outdoor tapestries, which were BEAUTIFUL and received many compliments. Finally the customer service was OUTSTANDING. They assisted with setup and with some additional problems I encountered, and happily replaced some parts for me. I highly recommend them.

We purchased the deluxe sukkah. It is very well made - sturdy (we had some very high winds), nice canvas-like walls, and comfortable inside. We especially liked the screened windows and doors, which we covered at night for warmth, but opened during the day to create a nice bright space. We received many compliments from friends. It was easy to assemble and stores compactly. More than that, the service was exceptional. We could not be happier with this purchase.

Sukkah arrived in time for the holiday.
Package was damaged but all good inside.
I sent photo of damaged box and received a quick, pleasant response.

VERY happy with the sukkah! It went up fairly easily the first time and expect it to go even faster next year. Very easy to take down and store. Very attractive from the outside and the abundance of windows made it cooler when it was warm during the day and the ability to close them made it warmer in the evening when it got cool. The magnetic screen door was quite effective at keeping bugs out and was conveniently self closing.

I moved to Lakewood 2 years ago. (2022) and this year we want our own Sukkah. I looked around on line to see where to go. After looking for a while I decided on The Sukkah Store. I was hoping I made the right decision.
We'll, I picked out what I wanted and bought it online. I did have a bunch of questions that were able to answer.
The end of the story is that everything they promised, including delivery was spot on.
I used it, I invited children and grand children. I love it. Everyone loved it.
