The potholes at both entrances are big! Kind of rough getting in and out when there’s huge potholes that you need to maneuver around. For such a heavily trafficked strip mall, it should really have gotten fixed already.

It is a good small strip mall with options to eat as well. It has Starbucks, Jamba Juice, Paris Baguette, crumble etc. This place has good options but could have had better layout. Getting in and out of the mall is bit confusing to me.

Avoid this plaza until the potholes are repaired. The lot has been allowed to degrade, littered with tire swallowing pot holes that make the grand canyon look like a play pit. The entrance coming off rt 1 North is the worst, the biggest pothole is unavoidable as its literally spread across the whole lane and is jarring even at the lowest of speeds
Management claims they're working to get them filled, just like they had them 'filled' last year. A couple hacks in a pick up with a couple patch in a bags from the big box store isn't the solution and definitely won't last. That's a homeowner solution at best, you operate a commercial property, act like it!

There are about 4 seasongs to choose from and well as a spicy. I had the garlic seasoning which was great and they give you a generous amount of it. The seafood comes to you in a bag hot and ready too eat ( pic below). However I wasn't too crazy about the place; the crab legs were over cooked which means that the shell did not have that snap as they would if they were steamed properly. The seafood was fresh but I've had much better in other places I've eaten at. But for the great prices they charge you actually get a pretty decent sized amount of seafood. I could have done without the noodles.....

1 ⭐️ POTHOLES POTHOLES POTHOLES. Holy moly, this lot is terrible. There are some nice businesses available (so plus one star for this) but those businesses deserve their own ratings.

They need to enforce the drivers and empty cars to move that are all stopped down the side of the road to enter and exit these establishments. You cannot drive on the road unless you play chicken with oncoming cars. You cannot walk out of the coffee shop or store without weaving between the vehicles because they're in front of the doors. No one enforces anything until someone gets hit. And I have seen a lot of near misses. The stores pay a lot to be there . And they get no safety for their patrons. IT iS RIDICULOUS. And I'm there often unfortunately.

I like this shopping center because it's literally two minutes from my house and has stores I shop on a regular basis such as Bath and Body Works, Five Below and there's an awesome restaurant at the left side (closest to route 1) that has awesome chicken teriyaki. 😊
