4/5 only due to lack of “mall environment” it always seems dead and slow. I love the stores that are here and the luxe movie theater. I hope something changes here soon to attract more traffic

This is review is for the Santa team members and managers (or lack there of). After making a reservation and paying in advance they preceded to print the photo of my family with my eyes closed! When I asked for a different one or a retake. They said I had to wait. We waited about 20 minutes and they still wouldn’t reprint or retake or anything! Just told me they were too busy and we’d have to keep waiting! So moral of the story don’t pay ahead because now I am out my $60 and my family keepsake photo has my eyes closed

Great place at the West end of the mall. Lots of novelty toys and collectibles and collections. Very Huge choices!! Must see!!

Event of September 30th.
Lots of parking on the West side of the mall. There is a Pickle ball club on the Northside. My friend likes the 24 hour Fitness. The restaurant are good. Oh I love the Texas Brazilian Restaurant..which best go in the afternoon and need reservations. Food is so worth it as well as great staff.

Is almost the same other mall. We have a smoothie with boba and stop at Charlotte. My baby plays at the baby hop playground , and even the first time, we little get lost until we find the direction. Because this the first time we here , overall is fun

Just experienced the worst customer service of my life at Zara. A jacket was gifted to me for Christmas and I came in with proof of purchase to make an exchange for the exact thing, just a size bigger. They told me they couldn’t exchange it or provide store credit bc that’s their policy. They returned it to the original credit card WITHOUT my consent and proceeded to tell me I had to buy another jacket - WHAT?! I just told you it was gifted to me!! This is why everyone buys from Amazon & Target bc of their awesome return/exchange policies. No more mall shopping for me..

Love this mall been coming for years on and off for most of my retail shopping. Found out there is a mini Bazaar that has been set up for weekend vendors. The mall definitely made some adjustments for those who want diversity and a variety. Fan Fair for the Anime, sports, comics, gaming, trading cards (pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh, Magic the Gathering and many more to check out, the biggest collection I saw would have to be the Funko Pops!!! So much to see for children and adults alike. Definitely check it out if you're in the neighborhood on the weekend.

I haven't been to the mall in ages It's pretty quiet in there. It seemed like a lot of the stores were closing early. That might be a staffing thing. The end of the mall by Sears is a little desolate there's not much down there. Even though I entered through a main entrance when I exited it was pretty dark in the parking lot. It's obvious that they've done a lot of revitalizing and added restaurants and Uber lift parking and outdoor seating.
