I went to the Scrub Shop today for a clearance sale and Heather helped me pick out several outfits and she nailed it. It wasn't something I was even sure of because of my body shape and because of the new patterns, and I didn't even have time to try them on. She picked the perfect size and perfect colors for me. I couldn't love them any more! Everyone needs to go see personal stylist Heather, you will not be disappointed!?

Absolutely FANTASTIC experience at The Scrub Shop today! My daughter needed black scrubs for school and the staff was so friendly and helpful - their very first recommendation ended up being the winner, but they made sure she tried on a litany of options to make sure she was happy and comfortable!

Absolutely amazing people there and I love their little dog that they have, we played fetch. I went there to purchase polo shirts for the Coastal Alabama community college program that I was going through. They had the 2X size that I needed. And when I found out that I needed more, I went back and purchased 3 more they had them all in stock. Then I spent the next hour, just talking to the lady they’re walking around and looking at the scrubs everybody’s so friendly. They have so many choices in scrubs it almost makes me want to be nurse.

I recently purchased 4 items from The Scub Shop in Daphne Al, i am extremely pleased with my purchase everything fit perfectly as she said it would . I owe it to Ms Ashley H. who is amazingly wonderful at what she does!!!!! I really appreciate the professionalism knowledge and the great customer service that is so hard to get these days!!!! *revised review* Not the experience I was expecting or looking for. As stated in the previous review the store is large and has a wide range of clothing mostly for women and the store is beautiful. I stand by my rating and review because it is a review of MY experience.

Terrible Experience! I would avoid at all costs! I came in trying to buy a stethoscope because they had told me before that they would price match. As I was attempting to find the right stethoscope for me, the heavier set woman with glasses called someone above her and was asking me numerous questions about the stethoscope I was looking at. I had not even picked one out yet. She kept asking me questions I didn't know the answer to but evidently was too lazy to get up and help me knowing I was struggling and knew nothing about stethoscopes. It was pure laziness. They also have an aggressive dog that growled at the person I was with and dog hair on the floor or I assume it was dog hair. Worst customer service ever! There is a way better Scrub Shop at the mall in Spanish Fort where they actually want to help you!

Customer Service is outstanding at this little shop! After being away from nursing for a long time, I recently returned to the field and needed scrubs quickly. After about 3 questions, I was properly attired and on my way! They are so helpful and efficient with tons of options and the knowledge to point you to what works best for you.

I went to The Scrub Shop with a friend who needed pants for work. I thought this would be just scrubs and medical stuff. Boy was I wrong. I found the cutest pair of tennis shoes and a Brumate tumbler. There was so much more that I wanted to look at but we ran out of time. The staff were so warm, welcoming and helpful. Because I have high arches I had to try on different sizes. Heather was so helpful in assisting me with picking the right fit.
