You know they trapped me at my house the whole day told me they’d give me a call 30 minutes before.

What they did didn’t tell me when I made the appointment For Donation pick up!

If you live in Fayetteville, you’re the last on the list for the day when they go out to pick stuff up!

Translated don’t wait around all day for them to call you. If you live in Fayetteville, it’s gonna be at the end of the day

Next time, If I donate I’ll make myself available at the end of the day. Otherwise, it’s Potter house.

This place allows people to steal from you ...when I confront the issue with doyl and try to have a confidential meeting he sides with the theaf and tells you he will just give him a warning......tells you the cameras are a pain to go back threw ....when you tell him you no longer wish to be there his additude changes and he tells you to get off the property or he will call the cops baning you from the property..they work you 5 days a week 40 hours and tell you it's going souly toward the program which they only feed you shelter food, the store makes 3 x the amount as the stores around it .... The shelter is also either way to warm or freezing cold at night ..take your chances out of here bc there is some funny business going on

I LOVE my Salvation Army location. I’ve purchased so much from there at a reasonable price. I used to preferred to shop at Goodwill over Salvation Army, but now that Goodwill has upped their prices I find better deals at Salvation Army. I also love that they started to offer daily deals so I can always save more on top of an already good deal. I have shopped at this location for years and have had the pleasure of visiting with the employees throughout the years. I loved seeing Ivan. He was always smiling and cracking jokes. He ALWAYS made me smile!! Star is super nice and helpful too. I don’t recall the name of the sweet tiny little lady that wears a back brace but she’s always been sweet, helpful and kind. I highly recommend Salvation Army.

Don't expect to get help here!!! They smoke dope in the dorm bathrooms,& if you exit to get sick you'll be put on a 30day do not admit list,not the ones smoking in the bathrooms. Your not allowed to go to services with a registered service animal,& they do play head games if your not one of their favorites!!! Worst place ever,& the food is nasty. Don't waste your time. STAY ON THE STREETS!!!

They're not friendly at all. The secretary on phone said oh gosh and hung up. I went up there to talk to supervisor. She just look down on me. I was trying to help a friend. She claim the secretary wasn't rude. Clearly the lady admit it was her in the phone. They're not the definition of Christians. I will never do business with them again. BTW she was too busy laughing and talking to some Meth Head. Can't really say they're racist or treat everyone like that. Great job today Goodwill

This place Saved my life when I was 18 and strung out on Meth and on the streets, They connected me with the right resources, helped me get my ID, gave me a job, then for years always gave me a great job reference. Helped me get clean and on the right path. The compassion I was given changed my life. I am now 48, never went back to meth and built a beautiful life sober and Christ driven. To this day the Salvation Army is my favorite place to donate too. Thank you.

Worthless organization, please don't donate your money to these people. I had a bed here for one night, then I helped a friend move from Fayetteville to little Rock ended up being gone longer than intended , tried calling the shelter to tell them I was going to be unable to make it in that night so someone else could take that spot, only got voice mail repeatedly . I had to cancel my hernia operation for August 17th because I could not find respite anywhere, Salvation Army wouldn't let me back in. These people are far from Christ like, avoid them at all costs.
