We have purchased multiple rugs from this establishment. The selection is vast, the quality is top notched, and excellent customer service. We must have tried multiple rugs for our family room and our request was always accommodated. For our formal sitting room, we ended up custom designing the rug as we wanted the green hue. The owners send a rendering for approval prior to placing the order. Also there was issue with our dining room rug that owner spotted while delivering the rug. He immediately ordered the replacement and delivered to us.
Highly recommend this business for your personal and commercial space rug needs. We look forward to continuing our business with them.

We came into the store today because we need to buy a rug for our home. Unfortunately we had to bring our young children with us, the team at the store with accommodating professional and very patient, they rolled out multiple rugs for us to answer every single question we had painstakingly.

The real benefit of this location, is that they offered us a service where they would drive the rugs to our house and move our furniture and set up the rugs for us and let us see the actual rugs we were considering in our home free of charge at no extra cost. We took them up on this offer and do not regret it. The experience we had was great and we will definitely go back the next time we need a rug.

I popped into the Rug Mall after spending way too much time online and in other shops looking for an area rug. Anuj was very helpful. He asked what colors, size and type of rug I was envisioning and my budget, then he showed me a wide variety. I found one within about 10 minutes. So easy.
