I go here for the dmv for many years. Does this strip mall owner have any thoughts of a face lift ? The building is definitely vintage. 1980's ?

Recently, I went to the DMV agency to register my car, get plates, and register. I made my appointment for 9am. I arrived at 8:45, then my name was called at 8:55. I approached the counter and gave the man behind the COVID-19 plexiglass my documents. He told me the cost of everything, and by the time I got my credit card out of my wallet, my title, registration, and new plates were on the counter. I paid the man and I was out of there by 9:05. Home of the NJ Motor Vehicle Commission office. When you have all your paperwork, everything runs smoothly, but give these MVC employees a break. They have to hear some of the most convoluted stories about how someone lives in a back room in one place and moves frequently but gets his "important" mail at his mother's house, so which address should he use as his official address (actual story overheard while in line), and they are still pleasant and helpful. In and out in under 15 minutes with new title and registration in hand.

Years ago before Covid it was a decent place, you could grab coffee, some amazing sandwiches and hotdogs from joes, and also their was less vacant shops, the only reason I go here now is because of the DMV, the DMV is a hard place to review because every time I go there it’s different people I see, bigger/smaller lines, different wait times. So I’d say I’d give the DMV 3 stars. But port coulden mall, stays at 2 stars for me.

This Mall is great because not only does it have the DMV there which is always so organized and helpful even if you just need to walk in to ask a question but there's several eateries there as well plus other small stores. Lots of room for parking.
