Oh. My. Goodness! It is a good thing we found this place only 2 days before we left! These are the BEST paletas we have ever enjoyed. There are so many choices and so little time. Yes, we will return.

The staff and service here is incredible. The staff are always so kind and friendly. And it's not a weird, overly friendly, they are genuinely friendly. And all of their products are amazing. The pistachio drink is one of my favorites!

This was our first visit to the Paleta Bar Bernalillo and it was awesome!
The staff was very friendly and helpful while ordering.
I do wish there had been more flavors of pops in stock (the case was a little low) but we made the best out of our options and had plenty of toppings to choose from!
This was a great treat and we will definitely stop by again when in town!

I usually have a great experience at the paleta bar. But today’s experience was awful. I walked in and asked for a banana and strawberry fruit cup and was told they were out of bananas which is fine so then I asked for just a small fruit cup with strawberries and chocolate and almonds, too, which I was told that she couldn’t give me just a fruit cup with strawberries because she was trying to save as much as she could for the rest of the week, mind you it’s Tuesday. She said I had to mix it with another fruit, that I couldn’t do just one fruit and I said no thank you. And she said well bye then, so I left and she lost out on a sale. She was so rude it makes me sad because I love going there and my family loves going there. But this experience really makes me think if I want to go back or not. I know that what she told me is a lie because I’ve gotten just one fruit before and it was fine. I’m very disappointed with her not having any customers service.

My son and I come here about twice a month. They always have interesting flavors and the staff is very polite and friendly. We usually have the same server every time we come here and he always remembers and welcomes us back. Prices are on par with the area and most of the time they have new flavors out.

I went to this place as my destination for a motorcycle ride thru Corrales. I've had Paletas before but not like this. I chose a Taro Paleta and had it dipped in white chocolate , then covered in coconut. I called the Polynesian special. The Paleta was milk based and was very delicious. The other type of Paletas are water based. Both use natural fruit for flavor and is healthier than Popsicles and ice cream. I'm glad that I tried this place out. I will check out the one near Coronado mall as it's closer to my house.

This paletas place is well off the main road in Bernalillo. you'll have to go through a residential neighborhood to get to it. it is absolutely well worth the trip and nearly getting lost! They not only do gourmet paletas ice cream popsicles but they will dip your treat in a wide assortment of chocolate and sundae toppings. They also do shakes and aguas frescas.
