My go to place for high quality flavoured Italian olive oil and balsamic vinegar. The staff are amazing and knowledgeable. Love coming here and highly recommended it to anyone. Also a member and I gift it and if I don’t have to replenish I can have friends/family to pick up for them to enjoy. So worth every penny.

A very interesting store. It’s fun to taste the oils and vinegars to find the right pairing. Some of the tasting bottles made me uncomfortable. Makes a good gift. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This place is an example of what brick and mortar shopping should be. I’ve been here twice now and both times the service and friendliness were off the charts in the best way. They have a great selection of high quality products and make you feel like family. I’ll be happily shopping here for years to come. I’m grateful to have a business like this in our community.

This store is a gem. Amazing variety of oils and balsamic. Italian blend is as great staple to have, pear balsamic alone on a salad is perfect. Definitely recommend trying a few.

The vinegar and infused olive oils are so good that I have them shipped to Utah regularly.
We have olive oil/vinegar stores here, but none have the variety and quality of this store. And the shipments arrive incredibly fast. I highly recommend. Customer service is fantastic!
UPDATE: Years later, we STILL order these fantastic oils & vinegars and have them shipped. They are that good. And customer service is still fantastic.

I am honestly surprised by all the glowing reviews of this business. I drove quite a distance on a coworker's recommendation after enjoying some of OOP's product at a company lunch a few months back. My coworker spoke highly of how friendly and helpful the employees were, and I'm sad to say I saw none of that.

My companion and I came in shortly after opening. Neither of the two employees working at the time greeted us on entry, and only one said hello back after I took the initiative to speak first. As this was our first visit, I would have expected an employee to explain their sampling procedure, ask if we were looking for a particular product or type of product, ask if we had any questions, and offer recommendations based on, you know, *speaking with their customer.* Instead we had to basically figure the sampling out for ourselves, and wandered on our own with *no* interaction from the employees until we were ready to make our selections and check out, though their conversation skills seemed lively enough with a third employee who came in shortly after we arrived.

Honestly, I am embarrassed that I still made a purchase after this lack of service and basic human interaction from the employees, and would have walked out empty-handed had I not been purchasing for friends and family as well as myself. I have *never* as a customer felt so unwanted or unwelcome in *any* business I have patronized. Thankfully the Olive Oil Pantry is not the only small business of it's kind, and as much as I enjoyed their product when first introduced to it and will use what I got, they will not be getting my custom or my money ever again.

Have only ordered online and the service has been great. I ordered on Monday about noon and received my products Wednesday that same week Priority Mail. The packaging was perfection. No way it could be damaged in shipping. AND, the infused olives oils are THE BEST❤️

Incredibly fun place to visit and take your friends. Classic taste of California. Sarah is so passionate and friendly, makes me want to get cooking with the good stuff!
