The San Francisco Premium Outlets has many name-brand stores that are always very crowded. The North Face Factory Store is one of them. The store is clean and packed with clothing, sports gear, and many people. The salespersons are very attractive and offer help if you have questions. The prices of the North Face products are lower than those of the retailers. However, most of the items are made for the outlet stores. They don't feel and look as good as the retail items, but they're still good quality!

They have a variety of items, which seems to change frequently. You can get some superb deals here. Very friendly staff. Parking is an issue on weekends, but that's because there are many shops in the mall.

A female cashier who with long curly hair had a bad service attitude. When I asked her questions several times during checkout, she ignored me and didn't answer any of my questions. and I'm sure she heard it.It was a really bad service experience.

I really dislike this place. Parking is awful and there are long lines for designer shops. Outlets like Saks have nothing in them of quality and you have to go elsewhere to eat as the food court is uninviting and cold.

Title: Disappointing Experience at The North Face Store

I recently visited The North Face store and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. The mandatory line to enter the store, coupled with the rainy weather, made the wait particularly inconvenient.
