We could not be happier with Neal and his amazing team! He is super knowledgeable about the Santa Clarita real estate market, as well as all the ins and outs of selling a house. When we first met with him, we weren’t sure we wanted to sell, but he was never pushy. We sold within a week or so with multiple offers – he did a great job networking and publicizing the house. And his advice was always right on point. His team was absolutely amazing, too. He has assembled a group of highly competent folks to help with the process – the open houses, the disclosures and paperwork, the escrow process. He and his team were always available to answer questions, even on a Sunday! Also the folks he recommended for small repairs were outstanding. The whole process went so smoothly and painlessly. I honestly cannot say enough about Neal Weichel and the Neal Weichel group to express the outstanding job he and his team did for us. My mother and I had our houses on the market for four and a half months with a different agent, and things had gone very poorly. We then switched agents, hiring Neal. We were out of time and had to get our homes sold, so we needed to go with the number one agent in Santa Clarita. And that he certainly proved to be! For starters, he sold my mother's house just a few days later! No joke. And mine was not long after that. He has a networking group with the top agents in Santa Clarita, so he was able to provide immense exposure of our homes quickly. He was able to walk through both homes and accurately point things that could help increase the value and expedite the sale. He is very knowledgeable about market values and how to price a home for a quick and top dollar sell. He is very responsive as is his team. There was honestly not one time I could not reach him or his team members when I tried, even on a Sunday. I think where he stands out the most is that he is a master negotiator. This is critical when selling a house. He was able to watch out for us and protect us every step of the way. He is clearly very intelligent. His UCLA degree is evidence of that. And the team he has hired to assist in the process is stellar. He is passionate, assertive, committed, collaborative, positive, skilled, reliable, and infectious. Yes, the complete package. Jenn Wilder is the best agent I have ever worked with! When I decided to sell my home I did not call my agent who I had used for decades and who helped me buy the home. I decided to call Jenn since she was the listing agent when I purchased the home and is well known in the community for her marketing and prominent reputation. I own and run a multi-million dollar company and have bought and sold multiple residential and commercial properties and have never had an agent like her. She showed up for every inspection/contractor, every appointment . She went above and beyond on everything! She knows her market place better than any other agent. Her negotiation skills were incredible. She is a 5 star agent on every level. We had a snag with appraisal since this was the most expensive home to ever sell in Santa Clarita Valley, and when appraisal issues arose she was all over it. She took control over the transaction when the agent on the other side was incompetent. If it wasn’t for her negotiation skills we would not have closed at the price we did. Whether you are selling a tract home or a high end home she is your go to real estate agent.
