The CPA firm I work for hosted our end of Tax Season Casino Night Celebration at the Mitten Building, and it was absolutely perfect. From start to finish, everything was handled beautifully. The staff was professional, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. The venue itself is stunning - charming, spacious and full of character. Our staff and guests had a fantastic time, we couldn't have asked for a better location to celebrate. Highly recommend The Mitten for any special event. A big shout out to Donna and Ethan for ensuring our event was a success!

We had a great time at 2025 prom. The desserts and drinks were delectable and every guest was very nice. The lady in charge of the dj gave me major attitude and issues with a simple song request. Our song never came on for a romantic moment for me and my partner to remember. He claimed that anything that would stop the flow of the crowding needed permission from her. She said she wouldn’t clear the floor for us? Which wasn’t what I was asking, I just asked them to put the song on. Service was great other than her. Music was popular and fun. But at the end of the day we just laughed them off and still had a memorable time. Depending on your dj, you will dance your shoes off at this beautiful venue

I can't say enough about this place!! Have your event here!!! They know what they are doing, that's all they do!!! Everything is covered and Amy thinks of EVERYTHING!!! We had our wedding there, ceremony, drink, and reception. Food was great, lots of choices but we did pasta. All the small stuff- tables, chairs, napkins, silverware etc is included. One stop shop at great prices with many options. Cheers to Amy and staff.

Came here for a wedding reception for my wife's cousin. Really A great little place, a real hidden gem in Redlands would have never known it was There had I not gotten invited there. What a great place to have an event, not a ton of Parking though, something to keep in mind if you thinking about a big Event here, This place will house an event of a few 100 people or so full service dinner available. And a full, beautiful bar with a big area for people to wait and enjoy appetizers and drinks before the event starts, plenty of area outside the sit and have cigarettes or cigars. overall, it's a great looking place.

We got married in November of 2024 I have to say it’s taken me awhile to write this review I just want to give other brides a heads up we paid so much into our wedding had meetings and exchanged emails with our wedding coordinator over almost a year Amy promised us she would be there the day of the wedding and wasn’t not a reason or a call not even a heads up or an email all the little details we discussed we not put into place I had a gentleman who I believe wasn’t briefed on our conversations put in charge on the day of my wedding also Amy had a argument with my family member at my rehearsal which i felt unprofessional brides don’t have enough to stress about let’s add on to that my husband lost his best friend and I wanted his picture to be put up next to him all of the people we lost were put up on the table next to him which I asked for seats so walking down the aisle that triggered me because only one person was supposed to have that spot I felt like I wasn’t heard and time and money was wasted we did end up getting some of our money back which we sign their contract they don’t hold up their end of the deal like putting the bistro patio set outside and cocktail tables outside for our guest which wasn’t done our pastor who married us is sick with stage 4 cancer nowhere to sit it was certainly embarrassing just make sure you read the contract and get what your paying for we loved the venue but honestly so unprofessional it was definitely once they have your money that’s it they don’t care remember you can and we almost had to go to court for this they did give us some money back but you can never change your wedding video of things that went wrong or wasn’t what you paid for just make sure you read the contract as pre contract she would tell us well as per contract your didn’t uphold your end of the deal and my wedding wasn’t what I wanted or paid for the owner had to reach out to us because the young girl whos head bubbles and looks like she can’t make out a sentence would tell us ok perfect when we called about our concerns which was disturbing like she didn’t understand just be smart and don’t let anyone take advantage of you that’s the last thing you want to worry about on top of everything else be smart brides and do your research it just felt like what was all our meetings and emails for nothing was done how I wanted or how you promised the worst and extremely unprofessional especially to be in the wedding business

I cannot stop sharing to anyone who will listen about how much I love The Mitten Building. We recently just had our wedding there and it wouldn't have been as magical without the wonderful staff there. It's been a little over a week and we still are getting compliments about our wedding venue and even the FOOD! It tasted if not better than our tasting and that's saying alot because we LOVED it on our tasting day. The braised beef, and pesto chicken thighs with the mashed potatos were the biggest hits. Okay now for the staff already 10/10 they made sure everything went smoothly, they were so kind to our guests, as for Amy? I would keep her in my pocket all time; she made this whole wedding process easier. She answered all my emails little and big, she made things worked and helped us with our change of floor plans multiple times when our guest count kept changing; When she said she'll be there to help the day of our wedding I was instantly relieved. I absolutely loved this venue; food; staff everything.

Fantastic little venue for any kind of event. It is a multi level venue. There's a downstairs and upstairs, three levels total. First floor is wheelchair accessible, however, the other floors might be difficult.
