I'm a regular at the lost lighter and have been for many years and I just wanted to leave a review because the owner of this business and her employees go ABOVE AND BEYOND every time I go in there. The quality of their products are top of the line and everything is very reasonably priced. I always bring my daughter because she LOVES the employees and calls it "the sticker store" because they always give her stickers and treats! They are amazing and I can't say enough positive things about them! Check them out!!

It was my first time in and had some questions about different things around the shop, Adam answered all of them and had some really good information about all of the products in the store. This is the best shop in Rapid City imo!

Very friendly and helpful staff, more than willing to let you handle and take a closer look at pieces. All of the staff are very familiar with the products and even have additional knowledge for individual companies and their products. Absolutely beautiful pieces, definitely something for everyone.

Erin is amazing and so is the rest of the crew. They're always friendly and helpful. They have a small collection or gemstone/fossil but they're great quality and fairly priced. New items are consistently being added to their displays.

My first experience at Grassroots was stellar...
Nice space in a convenient location from the interstate, chock full of gear for all the tings...
Hannah is a lovely energy and the shop is lucky to have her behind the counter!!!
She directed me to this rad Special K tube, scooped a RAW lighter and out the door we went to test this beauty during a canna trivia game, it rips very smooth and I won a couple packs of seeds:):):)
Definitely need to stop in again for a worked slider and more restrictive down-stem...
