Living and working at The Locale has been an amazing experience! As a resident, I genuinely love the community here. The apartments are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with students in mind. The amenities, like the pool, gym, and study lounges, make it easy to balance work, school, and fun. It really feels like home.

As someone who also works here, I’ve seen firsthand how dedicated the team is to making sure residents have the best experience possible. Everyone is friendly, responsive, and truly cares about the community. It’s clear that resident satisfaction is a top priority, and being part of that mission is something I’m proud of.

If you’re looking for a student apartment in Fayetteville, I couldn’t recommend The Locale more.

I've really enjoyed living at The Locale these past few years. One of the biggest perks is how close it is to campus—whether you're walking or catching a ride, it's super convenient. There are three different bus routes that stop by every 15 minutes, which makes getting to and from class easy and stress-free.

The space in each unit is also impressive. Bedrooms, bathrooms, and especially the closets are all generously sized, so you never feel cramped. It's perfect whether you have roommates or want your own space to spread out. On top of that, there's a pool, a gym, and the people that work in the office are always super helpful and kind.

Maintenance is another strong point here—they're always responsive and usually handle requests within the same week, which is a huge plus.

Another bonus is the location near essentials: Harps is just across the street, and there’s a Domino’s right next door to Harps. There are also several shopping spots just across from Harps, including an Italian restaurant, a thrift store, and a Dollar Store, so you’re never far from what you need.

Overall, The Locale is a solid choice for students or anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to live!

Such a nice place to live!! The staff are super friendly and make sure your needs are met. The apartments themselves are up to date and make apartment living that much more enjoyable! The only thing is that I wish there were elevators for each building, but I understand why there’s not! But overall, would totally recommend The Locale to anyone!

We were apartment shopping and The Locale was our first stop. We loved the location, the spaces, and the staff was phenomenal!! Our tour guide Malachai was so friendly & knowledgeable! The manager & desk staff were all very friendly. We even came back after looking at other apartments to sign a lease & they were about to leave for the day. All 4 of them said no problem! We will stay and do this. The nicest place that we visited all day!

Max and Malachai were on campus marketing The Locale, and they were incredibly friendly and approachable. What stood out the most was that they didn't pressure me into making any decisions about starting application, which I really appreciated. They were just genuinely pleasant to talk to, answering all my questions and making me feel comfortable with the process. Thanks to their great customer service, I’m excited to be living here this upcoming fall semester!

Visited several apartments today looking to get son closer to U of A campus. This place was our first stop and Malachi our tour guide was excellent. He shared his personal experiences as someone who lives at The Locale and answered all our questions as we checked out the common area and the model apartment. All the staff was super friendly, apartments looked really clean, outside area was kept up, and super close to campus transit or could just walk to class. Covered parking garage options and several floor plans to choose from make this a great place to stay. After visiting 4 other properties we ultimately came back to The Locale and applied and signed a Lease. It's a little higher than other properties but seemed worth it based on its location, closeness to the grocery store, and Razorback transit. Great job by the team to sign another lease and they stayed later so we could take advantage of the promo that ended today.

I’ve lived at a bunch of student housing apartments and the Locale was by far the best one. People would say the location isn’t ideal but it is the best because you don’t get trapped during game days. Maintenance is always on top of it, the management team is so kind and helpful especially Hallie the leasing manager who always went the extra mile. The locale has the best vibes!

I love living at the locale, the staff is very supportive and quick at helping any issue whether it’s common or unique. The front desk people such as Malachi, Max, Sydney and Ngan are always putting on some sort of community event that really helps residents socialize with each other. Overall a great apartment!
