My son had an ear infection. They go us in next day and the APRN Summers was so informative. She is a wealth of knowledge and took great care of us. The nurse who checked us in was also amazing and understanding.

I am so thankful for this place! We drove up from Phoenix to go camping when my son got sick. There wasn’t any appointments so we walked in. The receptionist explained they were fully booked, which I understood it was 630 tonight (Friday) and they close at 730… but she took a look at my son and said I don’t think the doctor will turn him away and she didn’t! I was so thankful they squeezed us in. NP Coco and her staff (I’m so sorry ladies I didn’t get your name, you deserve a name shout out!) were so fast and kind. The receptionist even looked up if there was going to be road closures since we said we were heading back home. Thank you all again!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible experience. I brought my two kids in because they weren’t feeling good. They were behind on appointments so I was told I could go “walk around.” Okay, I would go do my shopping really quick. No problem. An hour passed - no phone call so we made our way back to the clinic. On the announcement system someone said the fire alarms were going to go off but it was just a drill and not to worry. They went off when we got back to the clinic and a couple employees opened the doors and one asked “is it a drill?” I said yes not to worry and the other employee ( Wendy I think) rudely said “I’m sorry Do you work here?!” Knowing fully well I don’t because she was the one that checked us in. Sorry for trying to help!! Then we waited about 20 minutes more, and they took us back. Her and the nurse brought us in and ran a covid/flu test but not strep.the nurse was super rude to my step son when we asked if he should take his hat off for the height. When the doctor finally came in and asked about the strep test and realized it wasn’t done that aggravated her. Obviously the nurses/other staff need more training. Then we were finally excused, no medicine, antibiotics or anything. When we walked out the receptionist (Wendy) got up aggravated and said wait let me see what we’re doing now and left. We waited but after hearing them chattering in the hall we were done waiting and just left!! We will never go back. The only pleasant person was the doctor. (Besides being aggravated at her staff which I mean, I can’t blame her.) I think Wendy or whatever her name is needs to find a profession out of customer service.

So thankful to the staff at The Little Clinic that helped me today. I'm visiting the area and had been turned away from a different clinic because i didn't have an appointment. I'm so thankful The Little Clinic was accepting walk-ins when I went in. They were quick and really helpful. The staff even kept my youngest entertained while I was talking to the Doctor. They wrote up my prescription for the pharmacy next door and I was ready to go in a very reasonable amount of time.

They're a joke. The at the front desk woman was rude. We were told they close when it said open. If you need an aspirin or bandand, this is your place. WORTHLESS.

Go to Urgent Care for promt care and no questions asked. RUDE gray haired lady with glasses at front desk. Should not even have a job or be allowed to talk to people.

This place is terrible. The rude lady at the front, who looks like she's never showered before, was being so disrespectful to an old woman. She even rolled her eyes when they lady walked away. Also, I uploaded an old insurance card to the website and tried to give them my new insurance and the rude lady said she couldn't do that since they don't take my old insurance. That doesn't even make sense. How can you not input my new insurance because you don't take my expired insurance!?!

My 5 yr old daughter was complaining off her ear hurting. The next day I made an appointment at this clinic. Showed up on time, the nurse checked us right in and got us in a room! The nurse and doctor were very good with my daughter! We were in and out within 20 minutes with peace of mind and a prescription to pick up 🙂 very impressed with this clinic and will be back for sure!
