Walked in dressed in jeans a a t-shirt and they treated me like I smelled bad. Otherwise, store is great. Bought a good amount of items. Tried hard to get staff to engage in conversation but it was like I was talking to a wall. There was no question they felt I was beneath speaking with. I can only assume if I was dressed in my normal attire that the service would have been vastly different. Either way, I will not be back.

The Lili Pad is the absolute best for children’s clothes in Birmingham! When my son was born 9 weeks before his due date, we got all our Premie clothes here. He’s almost 5 and we almost exclusively shop at The Lili Pad. And our baby girl gets her most precious outfits from this shop! They have everything and the staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Customer service is excellent! The sales associates are knowledgeable and helpful without being overbearing. Coordinating seven grandchildren’s outfits (ages1- 8)has always been an easy task for the Lily Pad and their staff!

We are so lucky to have the Lili Pad and GiGis in our little community. Not only do they have the best clothes and gifts for children, they also provide the best service. Anytime I need a cute outfit for the kids or need a baby gift I know I can go there and they will help. The staff has always been very friendly and the owners are absolutely amazing and always willing to help. We love this store and highly recommend it for others.

They were so helpful! I'm from out of town, but wanted to get something that my dad could gift my daughter. Since I'm not in town, I was nervous about finding something that would work. They sent me photos of different items that I may want, talked to me multiple times on the phone, and then they wrapped the item so that my dad could pick it up and give it to my daughter. Wonderful customer service! Will definitely be using them again.

I’ve always had such a great experience at The Lili Pad and Gigi’s. The staff is attentive and helpful, and the selection of “tween” clothes at Gigi’s is the best! I love the expanded remodel of the store. And The Lili Pad has the most beautiful children’s clothes and gifts.
