Warshauer is amazing! We love their prices and service so much that we also leverage warshauer for our rental unit in Charleston. Laura helped us find the perfect outdoor fan for a tricky spot under an open pergola. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Our new light/fans for our front porch were just delivered and want to thank Brieanne Sulzer for all her help. Brieanne's customer service is outstanding and her product knowledge extensive and impressive. She carefully listened to what we were looking for and then was able to suggest several unique and exciting choices. Once we made our choice, she remained in constant contact with us through the ordering and delivery process.

Horrible experience. The lights I wanted were not in the showroom so I ordered from the catalogue. The consultant advised what size pendant lights would look good on the size island I have. Well when I received them they were way too big and would look hideous. They were too big. So because I did not like them, the return policy was not satisfactory. I had to pay shipping and a restock fee. The lights were $800 so I was refunded $600. Sorry but this was NOT my fault. The consultant should have seen how bad they looked. I would have ordered smaller lights but because of the $200 I was charged I didn’t. I don’t know how they can tell you that it’s the right size when they are actually not coming to the house to see what it would look like. I will never go back here and take that chance again!!! Very bad policy of returning items.
