Stopped by after my nail appointment next door. The clothes looked cute and stylish, but upon closer look, the material is definitely cheap. Prices are average in my opinion for a clothing boutique.

The stars reflect the service. First off, I was the only one in there and it was my first time. The associate just stood behind the cashier the entire time staring at me. When I would ask questions about a brand or sizing, she gave me literally one to three word answers. Lol sorry but if you don’t know how to converse with people, you probably shouldn’t be working in a customer service role. Super off-putting and wouldn’t want to give this type of business any of my money.

I absolutely love shopping here for both myself and for my daughter as well as getting gifts for friends. They have a few of my favorite brands including Current Air, J. Marie, Z Supply and Flying Monkey jeans. Flying Monkey jeans are now my new favorite!!! I always score the cutest accessories to go with the outfits! The service is wonderful and the team makes great recommendations on items that I wouldn’t necessarily choose for myself right off the bat but that I love. Definitely recommend stopping in!

Such a cute store and I would of loved to buy a dress for my upcoming trip. Too bad while in the store we heard an employee using the “R” word; didn’t know in 2023 we were still using hateful and unnecessary words. Will never shop there of out principle and basic respect for others.

Some of the stuff is cute, but it’s over priced and if you end up not liking it, they do not allow returns. Had an unpleasant experience quite recently with the manager, a new hire was misinformed when I ask if I would be able to return the dress if I didn’t like it, and she said yes. Then o asked again just to double check and the transaction had already gone through with the manager there, and the manager said “only exchanges” and was extremely rude to the new hire before telling me that, being quite demeaning towards her. It was clear she was new and I don’t think that type of behavior should be acceptable for a manager, especially in front of customers. Also I said I wouldn’t have bought the item if I knew I couldn’t return it for a cash refund less than 5 seconds after the receipt printed, and the manager said “sorry! Too late. Should have read the sign.” I was very upset about this and do not plan on shopping here ever again. The rude manager was skinny with dark hair.

I went to Impecable pig today to buy a birthday present for my daughter that came to visit from New York this weekend. Before taking her to the airport I took her to Impeccable Pig in Winter Park, FL. She saw a necklace she liked and I bought it for her as a surprise. The attendant sold it to me with enthusiasm, knowing that it was a surprise for my daughter. As we left the store I gave the surprise necklace to my daughter and when she tried it, it did not fit and it looked weird. It was to long. I paid $70.00 plus tax for it. I immediately returned to the store to return it. It wasn't even 5 minutes when we returned. The sales person preceded to do the return and she handed me a store credit instead of giving me back a credit on my credit card I used to pay for the gift. I told her that I just purchased it 5 minutes ago and it doesn't fit, it has a weird length and I wanted a credit and not a store credit. My daughter lives in New York and this was her present. I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. She preceded to pull out a small sign that was hiding behind a bowl of hair ties and the sign said "All sales are final" It was not visible for any customer to see. I felt robbed. This store practices retail thieving. They never told me as I purchased the poor quality necklace that the sale was final. I understand if I came back days later but it was not 5 minutes. I will never step foot into that store and I advice anyone out there not to shop at Impeccable Pig in Park Avenue. The quality of their clothes is also very bad. I purchased a sweater that fell apart in one wash. That is why I chose to look at the jewelry instead but now I see that their jewelry is of poor quality as well. Impeccable Pig Winter Park Florida is a dishonest retailer that will rip off their customers with low quality merchandise and thieving policies.

A nice store, but the service is awkward. The sales associates and (possible) manager flock outside the dressing room and pounce on you as you slide the curtain back. I hardly had a chance to walk out of the fitting room to look in the bigger mirror without being told how perfect the shirt/pants/dress/shorts looked. I get that they want to serve their customers, but here I get the impression the workers are either bored to death or desperate for a sale.

As I'm looking in the mirror outside the dressing room there is like 2 or 3 associates just standing there watching me look at myself in the mirror. They wait outside the dressing room until you come out. It's awkward and hard to make a decision with people watching you. I've gone 3 times alone to this store and noticed this problem, but assumed it was me. I went back today with a friend and she noticed it without me even mentioning it. As I was checking out I could feel the managers eyes on me. It's enough to make me not want to go back. Again, of course I love attentive and friendly customer service, but this store needs to learn how to serve and not suffocate! Give a girl a second !

The clothes are made of cheap quality and over priced. Used to like shopping here but lately I have found the clothes to be ill fitting. Not to mention the sales people and the manager will follow you around the store. It's akward to shop when you have people watching your every move.
