We met Rob Ladiere in October 2024, and we completed our purchase with him in December 2024.

Rob is one of THE BEST sales people in the HD Design Center. Rob really worked well with my husband and I. He answered dozens of our questions without getting annoyed. We went over concepts, prices, measurements and warranties. Rob would occasionally check in with me via email just to see where we were in our project timeline. It was NEVER a hard sell and he NEVER steered us to any one brand. Appreciated!

Yelitza is great!

I ordered GE monogram appliances, there was a mix up and I almost didn’t get them. But Yelitza worked her magic and I was able to get the order done.

We were pleasantly surprised with the array of higher end appliances on show at the Home Depot Design Center, particularly the built-in refrigerators, but the area also includes wall ovens, range tops, and other appliances. The set up is different to, and separated from, where appliances are sold within the Home Depot store. There are plenty of knowledgeable folks in the center who were available to spend time with us and discuss and review options. We had the pleasure of working with Badia Brown. She was patient and very capable of answering all our questions, and we would highly recommend working with her.

The Design Center is an essential stop if you are interested in new appliances for a new or existing kitchen. I went there on a casual trip to Home Depot and noticed some interesting kitchen layouts with top rated appliances.
