Good mall for this day and age. Lots of garage parking below the mall. Valet parking area up front even with all the construction at the street. Mostly full store listing but definitely feeling the mall decline trend. Food court only had three choices. Good layout and very clean. No foolishness from young kids or anything like that.

I just love the valet! I went for a Christmas party. The food was horrible. There was sushi before the meal. After the sushi👎🏽. But I would go back to the Galleria to shop and use valet parking. Efficient, good service and smooth operation. And while I’m there, check out Seasons 52.

It's a really nice shopping center with Macy's, H&M, Apple, Bath and Body Works, and many other stores inside. There is usually enough parking, except for very busy times. Also, it's a bit like a labyrinth, difficult to navigate sometimes, but overall, it's clean, bathrooms are beautiful and clean, the food court area is well designed and clean, albeit there are only 3 restaurants to choose from.

This does not have anything to do with the mall itself. The mall is wonderful but United Parking Group has valet services at the Galleria Mall in Ft. Lauderdale. I dropped my vehicle off for valet services as a safe vehicle with working brakes. When they brought the vehicle back to me, they told me the brakes worked pedal was long. Not sure what that means, but when my wife and I got into the vehicle, my brake pedal went to the floor. I had no brakes. They were not helpful. The only thing the valet kept saying was “we are just telling you that the brake pedal is long” as I’m trying explain to them it wasn’t like that when I dropped it off. My vehicle was safe when I dropped it off and now very unsafe when I picked it up. Not drivable. Completely unacceptable. This does not happen when you park a vehicle only a few hundred feet away.
