We went to the factory to celebrate a birthday with friends and their children and it was so much fun. The kids jumped for an hour and then we played in the arcade with them. They have a good selection of arcade games but there were quite a few not working on both occasions that we have went. I wish there was more seating for family while the kids play because unless you jump with them or sir in one of the fee massage chairs they have (which are really nice) then you have to stand and when it is busy there are lots of people standing and the kids are running all around you. Other than that I love going here. They have a roller coaster simulator that my child loves and it is fun for adults as well. They also offer batting cages in the arcade area as well. The building all throughout including outside is decorated and looks so cool and provides great photo opportunities!

We had our son's birthday party in the glow room last night and it was such a great experience. We've been here multiple times but never had a party there. The party bouncer that helps you throughout was so sweet. I wish I could remember her name. She was excellent and even put our cake and left over food on a cart downstairs. The value is so good for what you get. It's definitely worth the money. All the kids had a blast, especially during laser tag. They all said it was the best party ever. We'll be booking again for sure. They have updated the place and we were so impressed. Also super clean.

We went for the 1st time today and it was so much fun! They have loads of fun stuff to do from jumping to laser tag to arcades (just to name a few) We will definitely be back

My grandsons 5th birthday party was and everyone had a blast. There's so much to do and everyone loves it there. There is laser tag, you can climb and jump. All kinds of video games plenty to do for all ages. Easy to find, easy entrance and exit. Plenty of handicap parking. It's nice and clean and most of all the workers are very helpful and friendly.

Partying at The Factory is nothing new for our family but as alway they were so kind and so helpful. From Alison at the party desk to Ella our party attendant. They were all willing to help and make my babies party exactly what we wanted. The Factory recently got new trampolines and updated their trampoline room. It looks amazing and my kid’s throughly enjoyed the new area.

It is a great place to let your kids run and jump and have a great time. And while they have fun parents can sit in the massager chairs and watch . Party rooms are great. We had the glow room and it was really nice. Plates cups and table cloths glowed. They handled everything for us. Thank yall.

We had my son’s birthday party here. They were so very helpful with everything. From setting up before we even got there to clean up so we didn’t have to lift a finger. Truly it was so nice to have a birthday party that wasn’t overwhelming. We just served the cupcakes and drinks to his my son’s guests/friends, opened presents, then time to jump! The laser tag was a big hit too! All of his friends had a blast! Thank you so much to all of you at The Factory for making my son’s tenth birthday so fun
