The Dreamery was fantastic. I grabbed some gelato and it was some of the best I’ve ever had. The customer service was amazing and the young lady who assisted me allowed me to sample multiple flavors until I was able to narrow my choices down. I’d say if you are close by stop in and grab a scoop or three. I was advised that the flavors rotate, which is fine by me. They have tons of variety and with rotating flavors it will keep everything fresh and new for each visit. The vibe inside of the shop was great too!!The perfect spot for a hot summer day for sure.

We’ve been going now every month for the past 6 months and it always been really good, but the last 3 times including today, the cookie butter isn’t as good as it used to be. The way it’s made must have been changed, because it doesn’t have much flavor like it used to. It used to be REALLY good. Hopefully it gets changed back because we really like going here.

Very nice ice cream place. The ice cream and gelato were very flavorful. There weren't a lot of options to choose from but everything I tasted was very good. They also had a few dairy-free options if you need that. There was plenty of seating where you can sit and enjoy your ice cream and company.

My husband and I love The Dreamery and we go there twice a month for Brownie Sundaes. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and are happy to help. The store is always clean and inviting. The gelato is freshly made with non-dairy options available. Delicious!!

I come to kentucky every year and bring my kids here. This is the first year where they served us the Banana Split in a to-go container when we clearly said we were eating in and were at a table. And I remember it being better prepared. I hope they aren't going out of business but it was clear they are dropping their quality standards after the visit this summer.

I used to come here all the time but I really hate the customer service. The gelato is very tasty - that's 2 stars. The ambiance - thats a star. But customer service? That's negative 2 stars. The owner will never smile. The staff gets stressed when it's busy and make sloppy products (whip cream pouring over the sides of a cup, scoops falling off cones). I miss the owners daughter - always friendly and always made items from the menu neatly and consistently.
