Went to go replenish some of my makeup products and to my demise, found out that the only women in the whole world that was able to teach me anything about makeup was let go from Estée Lauder(Denise). As if 2020 couldn’t get any worse; def not coming back anymore. My makeup days are over.

Only cosmetics store that I've been to where I asked for makeup remover and the associate had no idea what it was. She repeatedly showed me cleanser. Also asked to purchase a tom ford perfume and to test the scents because I wasn't sure which one I wanted and she repeatedly told me that she didn't understand. Worst visit ever. I usually shop at the Jackson location. I guess I will continue to do so.

Bought the Mac fragrance turquatic here today and it's a knock off. Smells nothing like the bottle I have at home from Macy's and it stung me when I applied it to my wrist.
