I do not recommend this store. The staff are incredibly rude and unprofessional. They dropped my parcel to the floor in front of me, quizzed me what is in the box, and always had some unhelpful comments to say. I don’t understand how and why they always have to be so unpleasant. I have used their UPS service three times now and will definitely not go back again. Please avoid!

I strongly recommend not using this store as a UPS drop off point. My return label stated clearly that it was a "No-Box and No-Label" return, meaning that any UPS drop off point would package, label, and ship the items for free. The store simply did not. Only refusing would have been fine - there are always other drop off points - but instead the man working offered me an old Evian box filled with empty crisp packets and lottery tickets, along with a roll of tape, and assured me that if I kept the items together in the box, UPS themselves package the items properly and ship them. They do not. Please use another drop off point.

Do not use this place for any postage related service. Staff are rude and will mishandle your package, they threw mine across the floor right in front of me.

Poor service and rude Shop owner. Close to where I am so have been there a couple of times. The guy in the shop has been as consistently rude and impatient as the first time I went to the store. Would not recommend this store to anyone. UPS should consider another drop off point rather than this

Terribly rude guy who runs the store - literally go ANYWHERE else nearby if you want actual 'convenience' when buying items...

I just popped into buy a drink and he was abrasive from the moment I walked in, saying 'HELLO!?' loudly to get my attention whilst I was browsing, as if I should have to apologise for entering the shop in the first place.

He then angrily and aggressively took my payment after he realised I was a trans person (and loudly indicated as such to the store when he was looking at my ID, despite the fact I am obviously over 16 - I'm almost 30).

As said above, avoid this place at all costs - the guy who runs it obviously does not want business.
