Wow, where do I even start off with this place. Was never greeted when I walked in, whoever was working the front desk (maybe owner? Women with short bob) didn’t even bother to look at my direction when I walked in and they were more interested in their phone than a customer. I was looking around and the worker never came around and asked if I was interested in something or needed help. I noticed the worker was walking around and helping other customers in store and was biased to younger people. They only went up to older customers and there was a good amount of younger customers in there including me. I found something really cute in the store and was waiting for the worker to ring me up, but they told me they would help me in a few minutes and wanted to see what a customer was trying on, “I’ll help you in a bit, I’m dying to see this dress on this lady”. The worker was with the customer for more over 5 minutes, I absentmindedly didn’t mind until I realized the worker went into the back and didn’t see her for a while. I felt completely disrespected by the worker and the shop as well. I ended up walking out because I didn’t want to give them my money. I’ve never been more humiliated before in my life and will NEVER return to this shop. I would love to give this place an overall rating of zero stars.

I loved this store! I was very impressed with the displays, how everything was displayed. Very creative and artistic. Really nice merchandise. Older and new stuff. Very cool jewelry. Bought these beautiful earrings for $28 and the poncho type top for $15.

Zero stars if I could. I went to this store recently and had the worst customer service ever. I was never greeted or welcomed when I first came in. While I was shopping, no one came up to me to see how I was doing. It wasn’t even busy. I tried talking to a worker and she was more interested in helping other shoppers. I needed help but she quickly turned her attention away from me mid sentence. I’ve never experienced that kind of behavior anywhere. Really upsetting since I spent sometime in there. I didn’t end up buying anything because I felt like I wasn’t a valued customer and felt disrespected. Please don’t shop here.

I was in town for a visit and this store came highly recommended. Now I am highly recommending it. If you’re there, it’s a must! The first time I went in I bought a few things for myself. Great second hand store with great prices and selection! I even went back for seconds. I’m sure glad I did because Allison was working and she’s absolutely fabulous! I felt like I made a quick friend!
Where can you find a shop that you definitely leave with purchases and make friends? This one right here?

Cutely decorated friendly place.
They used to be a lot better. Last visit: a lot of very worn out clothes, prices are more expensive than I remember, and stained pants.
On the flipside, they are producing more new items in their own personal collections. Hats, hoodies, jewelry etc. All very cute. Maybe this is where they should be heading.
For the price they are charging for used items: $26 for a velour dress, $15 for pants, $10 for a top, you can find better brands and better condition at a Goodwill boutique.

I love this place. I go here all the time, and my favorite jacket is from the Closet Shopper. This place is an absolute gem. It is a bit pricier than your average “thrift store” but it is more high end and you pay that extra bit for the beautifully organized clothes and goods the owners have to offer.

I went in for the first time today and they had some super cute stuff, but nothing over a size 14/large. I may go back to get a gift for someone. I wish they had plus sizes. It sure seems like a missed opportunity to exclude over 60 percent of American women from your business model.

Pricey vintage clothing and run of the mill trendy jewelry. The packaging and aesthetic of the merchandise is very minimalist and feminine, so great for gifts. However please prepare to shell out royally for clothes that cost almost as half as much as when they were new.
