Was looking for some good German beer to take home to Iowa when the owner of Dragon Beer was there. Suggested two flavors after I described what I was looking for, and he was spot on. Asked if I could take a pic for hubby to share later. The staff there are so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Wish we had a place like this back home!

I love this store. They have some bottles that you can’t find in other liquor store. Costumer service was friendly. If they have wine tasting section too I would try it for sure.

This place is amazing. They have so many hard to find bottles in a relatively small place. When working on developing my home bar for classic cocktails this is the place to go to find interesting spirits, not just the mass produced things you find at most liquor stores. I’m not a huge wine drinker, but the wine selection is great and well organized and they also have a great selection of some of the best international beers. The staff is very knowledgeable and makes good recommendations. This is the type of place worth going out of your way to check out. I definitely recommend stopping in to see what you might find.

Excellent small beer/wine/spirits spot in Taos. We come to town twice a year at least and always stop in. It’s not super big, but they really do procure a GREAT selection of all the most important things and that’s not an easy thing to accomplish. Friendly staff. I think the only reason some people leave the staff here a negative review is because they have to deal with so many “hey dude-you have blantons or stagg jr” people that they just get tired of those particular tourists. Talk to the employees and be a nice person and they’ll really make sure you get something great! Highly recommend this place.

Yes it's a beautiful store, yes they have an incredible selection, no, they have zero customer service. They never say hello or greet me when I come in or ask if they can help. I suspect it's a good dose of Taos agism. Come on guys! Grow up! The older folks have more money...just because we're older than you doesn't mean we're invalidated as customers. Please! Managers/ owners get with it!
