First contact with the Car Shoppe on July 15th to address concerns regarding my vehicle that I brought June 2023. I needed to get inspected this year and it will not pass due to significant rust and damage. When I contacted The Car Shoppe, I was informed that Steve, the mechanic, needed to conduct an inspection. Due to considerable rust and the detachment of the Unibody from the frame, I was strongly advised against driving the car from Troy to Queensbury due to safety concerns. Although I have owned the car for just over a year and have driven it extensively, the garages I visited in the past month confirmed that the level of rust present could not have developed within a year, regardless of mileage or winter driving. Furthermore, these garages asserted that the car should not have passed inspection a year ago and is now irreparable. I have attempted to communicate with both Dave and Steve who are employed by the Car Shoppe, via phone calls, texts and emails, but have experienced significant delays and evasive responses. Initially, they proposed that my garage send them photographs of the car, but later contended that the images were deceptive. So as suggested at the start of conversations, that they would arrange for the car to be picked up using a tow truck, I continued to get the runaround. Dave (the salesman who sold my my SUV) mentioned that he needed to consult with Mark (finance) and the owner. When I requested the owner's name for documentation purposes, Dave abruptly attempted to conclude the call. I then requested to speak with Steve but was placed on hold. Upon Dave's return, I was informed that the owner would contact me on Monday 7/22, although I never received such a call. I called again on Thursday 7/25, was again informed I would receive a call by the endo of the week which never came, I can provide a documented record of our communications, including emails with Dave, and images from the garage upon request. I still owe over 18,000 (3xs *****)

They replaced a vehicle put me in a new vehicle and now I have two loans so they never fix the problem
I was told they were taking back the other 2015 GMC terrain Denali and putting me into a new vehicle three months later the finance company called me saying that the loan is still there and that I abandoned my vehicle up at the car shop in Queensberry and nobody knows why it it’s there
I need help on this

Kim is absolutely exceptional at her job. She made the entire experience an enjoyable one. I was in and out in a matter of one hour. When I got there everything was ready to go. “Sign and drive” is what she called it and it sure enough was. She is pleasant to work with and was very patient in working with me and my financial situation.
