The customer service here is absolutely horrible, your cashier on may 10th around 2pm def needs an attitude adjustment or maybe some retraining! I know the snowbirds make up alot of your business but me being a native. I'm here year round, I am not impressed and will never be back!

AMAZING STAFF!!! I shopped here on vacation trip and accidentally left without my two cacti. I called with the intent of letting the shop keep the money and for them to put the plants back out on the floor so that someone else could buy them BUT the staff made sure that I could either get my money back or something else. They went out of their way to ship them to me all the way in Ohio! My cacti came all safe and sound. So happy they could do this for me!

Very fun shop to walk around and browse. We bought a few things but when we got our receipt by email, there was an extra item charged. The manager refunded immediately. Took my word for it since we live in another state. They are honest and care about their customers. Fun store!! I would go back if I could.

I purchased 2 seperate cactus plants one was a put together with 2 small cactus with soil and rocks and a pot when i arrived home 1 cactus was missimg they refunded me 6.00 dollors it was a gift that I cant even give it looks ridiculous with just 1 cactus in the pot
