Used to love this place. Been going here since high school!
Go charged for large drinks when ordered medium. I brought this up to the gentleman who has been at the company for quite some time, and he told me, "it's only .50 cents difference". Turned away and continued doing what he was doing. The last few times the drinks haven't tasted like the original.

Absolutely amazing customer service. The staff had great communication skills with each other, and to customers. Food was above and beyond with preparation of presentation and taste. Highly recommended the green chile bagel club! The mocha was above and beyond in taste as well! Thanks The Brach.

I used to like this place especially because it was local and decently priced. But now they're just a little too judgmental for me. I thought I had on a perfectly fine dress hit my knees and everything but the looks that I got from these ladies in there made me feel really uncomfortable and not want to spend my money there anymore. Not that it should matter what somebody's wearing on how much you're going to be respected or treated well Insaid establishment. If you're not extremely modest or don't fit into certain ideals of certain groups, you might want to check out the human bean because they have been absolutely nice and welcoming to me every time I come in no matter what I'm wearing.

Either they don't communicate with each other, or the employees simply don't care, waited longer than I should've to get my order! Retraining needs to happen or owner needs to step up! Happened for a second time, this time all 5 people working grouped up talking well my order sat there, for them to realize sometime after!

Oh man do they have GREAT coffee and food! Such a kind and clean atmosphere! We had a conference in Los Lunas and they catered our event plus had an account set up so my staff could come in and get coffee/treats! Such down to earth people! I highly recommend their coffee, food and catering!

This little gem is the perfect spot to grab a bite to eat, visit with friends, pick up a good book and just breathe!! The staff was super friendly, the food was delectable, the atmosphere was inviting, it was a great experience all around!
