I stayed at the Sheraton Grand and this area was nearby. There are different places to eat and shop. It was clean but the restrooms were straight up nasty. There are security people walking around and I really didn't see any problems.

$44 dollars for parking for 2.5 hours. Macy's had one bathroom for men and it had a long line. The elevators kept getting stuck. A lady working at Marugame threw away the food I touched because I didn't know that I couldn't pick out what I wanted with the tongs (like the rest of the buffet). Then she told me to take the exact same carton in front of it that contained the same food. Do not waste food for the holidays when it can be given away to the needy! These chain organizations need to get in trouble for that. I ordered 2 pieces of chashu pork, and it was not added to my order. No one wants to go back to the beginning of a buffet line to complain. It was unbearably hot in Macy's and the other stores. They charge $44 dollars per person for parking but can't afford to turn on the air conditioner? A drug addict approached my car on the 4th floor. Be careful over there and bring your mace. The only fun thing was seeing the Christmas lights and hearing the music.

I love this place, seating area, coffee, the Sheraton hotel, restaurants, shopping, and a movie theater. Macy's is closing, so they'll be missed. All in all it's fun, entertaining and has a variety of places to spend your money. They have parking too.

The Macy's closed down when we went. It has a fun environment. The outside area is kind of mixed. There is a lot of police activity and a lot of homeless people. One of the guys was doing crack it looked like right outside the parking structure.

I came today to see how it is decorated for Christmas, everything is very pretty and well decorated. But when I got there most of the decorations were already off. They have a very nice tree under the stairs in the patio. Outside near the restaurants is also a very large and beautiful sphere.
