This was our first time trying the shop. I had seen uniquely fun bouquet and vase designs delivered to the hospital I work at and decided to try it out this year for Valentine's Day. I was very impressed by the shops care for good customer service. The owner was very responsive and courteous with questions and concerns I had and was very nice. Thank you.

The Black Orchid flower boutique is the only place I get my flowers. I have been coming here for 5 years. The owner is so friendly and welcoming. She always makes time to create these beautiful flower wraps for me and works with my budget. I support her business and will always remain a customer here. I got an arrangement from Patty and she made it so easy to make it just happen. I asked for mostly pink flowers in a vase and what came out was amazing. Thank you so much Patty, she loved it :))) (Thanks for making our first meeting so memorable!!)

This was our first time and last using this florist. They lack extreme customer service and communication. Our order was not delivered as scheduled and never received a call to inform us or why until I called the following day. They explained and I was told it would be delivered the following day at a certain time. I requested a call back to confirm delivery, which I never got. I had to call again another day to check and even requested to speak with Patty (who I assume she is the manager or owner) and was told again "she was not in". The lack of professionalism, curtesy and empathy is so disappointing and baffling. Never had an experience like this before.

I live out of state and needed flowers for my Mom's bday. I recall her telling me about Patty and The Black Orchid shop. I called rather last minute but they were AWESOME‼️ Very friendly & helpful over phone. Delivered arrangement on time & it FAR EXCEEDED my expectations. Patty is creative and her arrangements are artwork. The BEST in town!

I ordered a pitcher of Daisies to congratulate my sister for finishing her first semester of med school. My sister, unknowingly, planned to go to a ski lodge for the weekend to celebrate with some friends and would be leaving early in the afternoon. Being in Phoenix, AZ, I was unable to make sure they arrived to her before she left but the designers and drivers at Black Orchid went out of their way to make sure it was delivered before she left for the weekend! It was a wonderful surprise and a beautiful arrangement!

I ordered a large floral centerpiece from Black Orchid Designs and they did an excellent job! Usually I hold my breath and hope for the best when I order flowers online. These, however, were even better than the online picture. I just ordered some for my mom for Mothers Day! Thank you for doing such quality work!
