I had the worst experience with Tori today. I had my hair done by Madison who is very sweet lady but it wasn’t even close to what I wanted. She was extremely nice and told me not to pay. I insisted to pay probably 5times. I begged her to just take the money. She shoved the money back to my hands because she clearly saw it wasn’t even close to the picture I’ve sent and showed what I wanted. I payed half I told her take that at least. Half an hour later Tori the owner called me threatening with law enforcement with a horrible tone. I couldn’t even get a word out she was cutting me off threatening. I payed the other half of course online. But I’m telling you if you want your hair done actually the way you want it and you want to be treated like a human being, stay away from this place. Again Madison was very nice, Tori the owner was the worst I’ve ever had the “luck” to. I will upload pictures as well but right now I’m still so upset. Still crying over this whole treatment.

Basically I got some purple shampoo and chick yellow/orange stripes. Where she folded the foils I have horizontal break in the color. It feels like she just got out of beauty school and doesn’t really know how different techniques are.
I am so upset but not because of Madison, again the owner Tori. How she treated me threatened me and not even listen when I tried to explain myself.

Edit: in the middle of my head the bleach was on for 90minutes and on my right side for 15min. So my right side has baby chick yellow in it and other parts are whiteish purple. They take you out under the sun to take a picture from far so it would look ok but sadly it’s not. They make you lean forward so your hair would fall on an unnatural way for the picture. My hair is not even close to the picture I have sent and showed what I would like to have.

I only leave a review if the place is good or extremely bad! And I have never owed one dime to anyone in my life!

$50 I payed as an invoice she sent me after threatening me was refunded after my review the $50 I payed in the salon in cash has never been refunded and I have never got a receipt for it! When I pointed the fact out I have never got a receipt she got awfully quiet all the sudden. This lady is not nice, this lady is not just harsh as she claimed for me, this lady is extremely rude! She got some people she knows to give her 5stars but don’t be fooled. She is not nice. This review is about her not about the other people in the salon doing good hair or even her doing good hair for some people. It’s about her accusing me and threatening me while she wasn’t even there to know what happened!

I love putting vivid colors in my hair, and Tori always makes my hair beautiful no matter how crazy my ideas are. Jennifer always makes me feel beautiful again after a fresh color💕 She is amazing! If you are looking for someone who will do exactly what you want with your hair she’s your girl! Its always been hard to find someone who knew what I wanted, being I’m not a hair stylist it’s hard to explain what I want, but Jen will listen and clarify what you want before she does it! I give her ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️out of 10!!!! Thanks Jen for all you do!!!

I love it here. It’s very comfortable and chill. Tori, Haley, Sam and Madison do a fantastic job. They always have cute clothes and accessories for sale too! I get my hair done by Haley but would trust anyone in this salon to do it!

I am in this salon every 6-8 weeks getting my hair done and I absolutely LOVE this place ❤️ All the ladies that work in the salon are always so friendly and sweet. They also have boutique items also so buying cute things after is always a must!
