Motor on skiff running badly limped it into Wrangell harbor. Bay Co pulled the boat out of the water repaired the motor and had us back in the water in 4 hours at a reasonable price. Thank you Bay Co for the amazing service.

Bought a throttle cable. It was defective. The store would not exchange it for a working one. The employee told me the manufacturer will not warranty their products or take exchanges. I wrote to the manufacturer who told me to take it back to the Bay company for a refund, they declined again.
