I truly love it out here! It’s always quiet, I never see people just hanging out around the whole complex or shall I say never see a bunch of people hanging outside! Never no problems with my neighbors! And the office staff is amazing, always nice and professional and the assistant manager is a beautiful person inside and out! I will be out here for a while! My only complaint is the residents with pets do not like to scoop a poop which is so nasty, residents with no pets or just people period just don’t won’t to see nor step in dog poop! Oh and maintenance is also great!!

If i could give 0 stars , I would . After unfortunately living in this complex for 2 years , i would never recommend this place to anyone ! We first lived in building 20 . People in the building would shoot their firearms into the water without repercussions , even when i emailed the office with description , building , and vehicle of the person . The same male would go on to beat his girlfriend in the parking lot in the middle of the night . Winter Springs PD came out and arrested no one . We were left for 5 days with no AC with an infant in our home , with our home getting up to 85 degrees . The office wouldn't even answer our maintenance request . We eventually moved into Building 3 . Less than a month after switching apartments we had our door kicked in by 6 juveniles , one of which lived in the complex . Winter Springs PD came out , including the officer who lived on site , and tried to convince me to not press charges . I wanted to proceed but they dropped the charges all together . The officer told me “ the juveniles intent was not malicious “ . I still have a picture of the foot print they left on my door , it was definitely meant to be malicious . After this incident the office failed to fix our door , leaving our door for 11 months barely closing . Alot of young kids are constantly running around . Ive had to yell at a group of kids throwing sticks , rocks , and other random items at buildings . Ive also had to set off my car alarm multiple times to get random people to stop sitting on my car in the parking lot . There is constant police presence and constant moving trucks as no one wants to stay here . You HAVE to pay for pest control even if you don't call for it , but thats okay because you will definitely need it for the horrendous amount of roaches . Although they will not show up every time you do call for it . We constantly had an issues of people letting their dogs piss on the rails of our porch as we were a ground floor apartment . We complained multiple times of people not cleaning up after their dog , with video of who it was . All the office did was send a mass email , which changed nothing ! Finally , the month we decided to move our there was a homicide that happened in our building . After all said and done , they are still trying to charge us for damages that were done to the apartment before we moved in it . If you have the option NEVER EVER MOVE IN HERE .

Moving in was very difficult and was like pulling teeth to either get my lease terminated or moved to a different apartment because my original one was infested with roaches. The rent increased on me for no reason and i didn’t get a month of rent waived even though i couldn’t live there for a month because of the infestation. Hard to contact anyone unless you go into the office and even then they just tell you to contact their higher manager who literally NEVER answers the phone or emails. Maintenance sucks. And the rent is too high for what you get. Other than that it’s alright 🙂

Ana in the leasing office is absolutely amazing. I had lots of questions and several different scenarios I wanted info on. She took her time, ran numbers and explained differences to me. In the end I found my perfect apartment. Thanks Ana

Management has gone down all over the last two years of me being there. There are bugs everywhere, trash everywhere. And they’re definitely overcharging for the cost of rent versus what you actually get. But very good location for grocery stores good schools nearby.

Ana was so helpful within my mom’s unexpected move because of her previous landlord sold her home, so when it was my turn to look for a place I remember The avenues at winter springs and I went and met with Ana and she got me in with no problems. She is a straight up person and she know the business! I really felt comfortable with my move

Me and my fiance love living here. I find it quiet and serene throughout the property.The office staff is very prompt at handling our concerns and requests. Will from The maintenance staff has gone above and beyond to resolve every issue for us. Thank you to santos for putting up our beautiful fans and closet doors . We thank you All for being so kind and professional. We look forward to many more great years living here. Thank you

I have been here for almost 3 years. The management has really gotten so much better. The complex is safe, friendly, and a great place to live. They have really turned things around
