So happy that you have finally updated the corners of your shopping center along El Toro. It was long overdue. They look great with fresh landscape, acceptable fencing and a wonderful overall design. Job well done. Thank you. We live in San Clemente but eat weekly at the Corner Bakery or California Fish Grill. Both offer excellent healthy food choices. Have an awesome year 2022. Thank you for the corner updates.

90% of the businesses are clean and well staffed. Parking is a slight issue depending on the time of day. The speed of traffic through the shopping center is outrageous. It's not just par for the course, seasonal shopping traffic it is partially the configuration of he rode way and stop signs. Batman out

Great lil "strip mall" pretty much anything you need to find, you can find here... Lees Sandwiches, Verizon, Ralph's, Pet Smart,Jamba Juice, Couple clothing boutiques And Brus Grill is amazing!!

Ralph's has a US Bank at this location. It was busy but not uncomfortably so. Everyone was courteous. Taking care of business.

Went Denny's and the food and service was excellent. I love this shopping mall. There are so many places to go and see. It has almost everything.
