Worst repair techs ever.
I swear they are blind or porosity trying to bring you back into service.

I had a faulty part in the dash replaced only for the techs to break multiple dash trim pieces in the process and not say anything.

When I scheduled to have a home service tech look at the damage, he tried to blame me for somehow breaking it until he dug deeper and realized it was the service shop techs that broke it.
I had to schedule yet another service because the home service tech thought that glove box was broken even though the repair quote was for the lower drivers dash trim.
When I brought my car in to get the dash pieces fixed, I personally showed the guys what was broke and they had me wait an hour in the lobby while they said it would only take 30 minutes.
When I got my car back, the broken pieces were not fixed nor even addressed but instead a different piece that was perfectly fine was somehow replaced instead and now that new piece was installed incorrectly and is broken as well.
HOW ARE YOU LETTING THIS SLIP?!!!
The dash piece is obviously bulging after you reinstall it and that looks ok to you?
GET YOUR EYES AND EARS CHECKED ASAP!
Now I’m waiting another 2 weeks for an appointment that probably won’t even solve the problem, I can almost guarantee it. I’ll be back with an update after the 25th on what else was your shop broke on my car when they were supposed to be fixing it.

Get it together. How and why am I wasting my time with your shops mess ups? Do better or hire new people because my car shouldn’t have with more new problems caused by your team every time I leave my car with you guys.

Friendly staff and very helpful for a someone who just walked in and wanted a test drive. They are always willing to answer your questions. I stopped in for my third time to view the new Y and to ask more questions in preparation for buying a car this fall.

Michael, the Senior Service Advisor, was friendly, professional, and thorough. We have another appointment in less than 30 days. I need to schedule time with the body shop as well. Thank you Michael.

Traded my Benz for this. I’ll never go back. I’ve driven it over 10,000 miles now. It is the most comfortable car I’ve ever driven in my life. I would attribute that statement to the suspension, comfort of the driver seat, and the propulsion system. I can only imagine how ridiculous the performance version must be.

The interior design is very basic, very clean and initially a little bit disappointing. Since adding the carbon fiber trim pieces and the center council quilted leather cushion cover it really picks up the interior styling well. I no longer want to look at all the dials and buttons that the other car makers have such as Lexus and Mercedes.

The exterior styling is extraordinary. It gives off the aura of a Corvette or a Ferrari. The only downside is some idiot put too many doorhandles on the car. This vehicle in a coupe would be amazing. The car was beautiful before the wind splitter, rear spoiler, and carbon fiber racing stripes, but now it is too sexy for my shirt. The electric power plant is restrictive for long trips, but the advantage of never having to go to a gas station and the savings in fuel cost outweigh that inconvenience. I also own the standard range, basic car.

Evaluating the cars, overall attributes, and appealing aesthetics I can only describe this vehicle as, by far, the best vehicle I have ever owned or driven in my life.

What a completely different experience car shopping this was. No kidnapping your keys, no back and forth negotiating or confusing the sale, very informative and loved the test drive. 30 minutes to ourselves to try out the vehicle. Why can't all car shopping be like this? Nice clean, simple showroom.

Traded in a nearly new hybrid Sienna. The Toyota hybrid drivetrain is most excellent in a Prius or Camry, but not in a heavy van
The purchase experience was wonderful. NONE of the headache of a traditional car dealer. No negotiating or markups or hidden fees or bait and switch or straight up lies or games.
Everything is straight forward and as expected.
Our model Y has reignited my love of driving. The engineering excellence, the driving experience, the safety, the efficiency are all well beyond our expectations.
We have a level 2 home charger, solar panels on the roof, and another efficient/reliable vehicle for longer trips.
If a Tesla fits your budget AND you have access to nightly charging, you will not regret the Tesla experience.
I personally would not own an EV as our only car or if I had to rely on Supercharger/Public charging. Otherwise, it's spectacular!
On the wait list for the Cybertruck. IF prices fall, and battery technology evolves and a base model available somewhere close to the original promised price occurs we will upgrade.
Again, would not be our only truck. We take too many family trips and actually tow things to places with no charging available.

I have been owning a Tesla since 2017 and I loved it when there were just a few of us out there. Now that the car has become more popular, the service centers are not able to keep up with the demand. They never have loaners, appointments availability are unreal, and there's seems to always be something going on with the car. I had to drive for weeks with a loud random noise because they couldn't replicate the noise. Tesla should pause building cars and build service centers instead.
When you get a loaner, 5 days later it’s filthy (look at the pics)

P.S: BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY!

Tesla now makes the most reliable, safest, most advanced, and intelligent cars in the world. The new Model 3 costs less than a Toyota Camry and it requires almost no maintenance. The Model Y is the best-selling car in the world. If you're looking for a car, test drive a Tesla, you won't be sorry. The Model 3 and Model Y are the best cars in the world right now.
