I was looking for a new vehicle but not to the point where I needed something right away. When coming to Terry Thompson to look at Tahoes, we were greeted quickly by Gerald who was very helpful and knowledgeable. He and the manager went above our expectations that day by swapping out tires and rims on a Tahoe that I liked but the tires looked too small compared to the Tahoe. Hunter was also very helpful. He sold my husband a truck a couple years ago and we had a good experience with him as well. During this visit, he exceeded expectations again. The finance guy was also very help and exceeded our expectations by helping us out in certain areas when he didn’t have to. The employees in the service department were great and helpful as well!
All in all, we had a great experience at this dealership and will continue to stay loyal customers.
