a lot of racism in this place, fat white clerk was carding my 75-year-old uncle for beer. gave me a hard time because i was holding the beer and not my uncle, i m 42 years old. It was pretty clear that they did not like other races. even the other local people in the line were shaking their heads. avoid this place if your going down to Havesu there is a lot more gas stations there.

Terrible experience !! I will have to call proper authorities so that no one else is harassed by the clerk who treatened that he called the police after my husband put 100 of gas in ..he told me I was going to jail for trepessing!trespassing!! For using the bathroom too long is what my husband said the cashier told him!! I literally peed washed hands n brushed my teeth cause I take care of myself even through travels oh my goodness on top of all this he was opening both men n female bathroom doors while i was inside!! TERRIBLE HARRASMENT EXPERIENCE. store was very clean. As well as bathroom. I noticed too many reviews regarding cashiers..store should do better to hire respectable employees
You can see that poor troubled cashier on the phone..he ought to be fired before he catches a case or worse harassing people we're good people n left.

I have tried multiple times to call the store and they pick up and don’t say anything or they don’t answer the phone. I need to know if they carry sleep patches. I went to their website to see if I could get an answer. Everything is so far away from any kind of customer service, it be nice for someone to answer the phone at that location and tell me if they sell the product or not.

Stopped in for fuel and snacks. Lines here tend to be shorter than the other nearby gas stations. On the day I went in, the software was not working on both registers. Despite a growing checkout line, the checkout person (Ashley), remained calm, professional, and cheerful, while making multiple attempts to get the registers to function normally. She deserves a raise.

Terrible’s is TERRIBLE‼️. The name couldn’t be more fitting. It’s like they try to give terrible service and terrible prices. Restroom is filthy. No toilet paper or even a mirror! AVOID THIS DUMP. Go across the street to Love’s. You’ll get greeted there with a smile and friendly service.

Long line at register with a cashier who was struggling while 3 or 4 other employees walked around oblivious. Dirty bathrooms. When I finally got my items paid for I cracked a red bull only to find hair on the can. Definitely not mine. Gross! With all the negative I hear about this store you would think the district manager would get a handle.

Anything BUT Terrible! Grab your gas here before you jump into California, where it goes up by $1 per gallon as soon as you cross over the state line! The store and bathrooms are clean and has a well-stocked convenience store. There are souvenir items to buy here, too. It's not an overly busy location, so you won't have to wait through lines to get your gas. Even the windshield wiper cleaner was usable.
