Teri is very sincere with doing the right thing for her clients. She knows Heber best and can tell you what is going on around the neighborhood and area. She knows the people you can call for anything you need. She is very informative and helpful. I was an agent at one time and I feel she definitely has me beat. She will even do business with you when she is out of town at a family event. She keeps you on your toes at what you need to complete a clean closing.
