A friend from Sea Girt bought my granddaughter two beautiful dresses from this store. Unfortunately the sizing was not right. I brought the dresses along with receipt back to the store within two weeks, requesting not a return, but an exchange. I was told no exchange was allowed. These items costs together $125 and NO EXCHANGE WAS ALLOWED. I was given the inane reason that the dresses were red and out-of-season. Since they were only purchased two weeks before and I only wanted the next size, I was astounded at not only their denial but the incredibly rude staff. Lovely store and stock notwithstanding, I'll take up sewing before I ever step inside this store again. Rude is rude.

It's gone downhill over the years. I was excited to visit this place when I went to Spring Lake. But trying to get pricing on any of their custom shirts was like trying to pry my dog's mouth open to give him a pill. I literally asked about 3 different items, the man wouldn't give a price on any of them, despite my giving sizes and decorations needed. We gave up and left.

Went on 12/22/17 looking for a specific item from the "Jersey Girl" section, they didn't think they had anything for me. However the gentleman said wait I think I have something and came out with it and I left with the sweatshirt, bib and magnet all with my granddaughter's name on it. The clothing for children and babies is adorable . Both of the people working were beyond helpful and friendly we actually hugged before I left.

I bought for years there and he service was impeccable and the choices wonderful. I am having another grandchild and I cannot wait to shop there. I live next to Short Hills Mall and I prefer the clothes at Teddy Bears. Just a gorgeous selection .
