Latif was super friendly, trustworthy, and made everything really easy. They fixed my iphone’s black screen of death quickly, and it works perfect now! They were quick to diagnose that the issue was the motherboard. The prices were reasonable, and they kept me updated throughout the process. 10/10 recommend this place if you ever need a repair!

My 2013 Macbook Air was getting tired, slowing down and then stopped. Techloop gave it new life! It needed a new internal SSD and also a new external drive. They upgraded my OS to a Big Sur. It is faster now and feels like a new machine.
Also, they repaired my android phone last year. They replaced a port and the battery. Did a great job, too. Can you tell I prefer not to get the newest thing? I appreciate having smart, efficient, friendly tech people in downtown Menlo Park

My issue was finding a way to use an excellent but elderly Apple monitor with my new Mac Mini. I called Apple tech support, sent them pictures of the connector that would not work without an adapter, but they were unable to identify what adapter I needed. I walked into Techloop, showed them the connector, and they knew exactly which adapter I needed. That adapter was not in stock, so they looked for it on Best Buy's site, found it, and printed the info out for me. No money changed hands. This was just a gesture of kindness on their part. I went to Best Buy, showed them the printout, and had my part in my hand immediately. I took it home, and it worked perfectly. This happened because of Techloop's knowledge and their desire to share that knowledge with nothing coming back to them other than my gratitude. I consider that generous, thoughtful, and selfless - just a desire to help.

Brought in my iphone because my charging port was broken. Turns out it only needed cleaning and now works perfectly again. Only took 2 minutes. Fantastic service and very friendly. Thanks a lot!

Had an issue with my PS5 not turning on at all. Called them first to make sure they can take a look. Dropped the PS5 at their place in the morning, and picked it up in the afternoon.

Friendly stuff and helpful explanation on what was the issue (ps5 PSU issue).

Capable, honest, and friendly.

I have now twice taken laptops that wouldn't turn on to them. In each case they identified the problems, suggested how they could be fixed, but were also transparent that in both cases it might be a better solution to buy a new machine, instead of carrying out an expensive repair. Both times I felt they had my interests at heart, and this built trust.
I would gladly go back again with any IT issues.
