Lord knows I wish I could give zero stars. I've had an issue regarding pay discrepancies. October 2023 is when I first reached out to Teamsters. Its now April 2024. Absolutely no answers what so ever, every single time I call I'm told 'Ill get back to you', its been 7 months and my rep is still singing the same tune. Last time I called he didn't remember me, my case, and had no notes as to what is going on. The last three days I called asking to file a grievance, each time I'm told 'he'll be in tomorrow'. This is absolutely insane that it's been 7 months and have not one update. I'm consulting with different lawyers at this point

Called the benefits department to ask a simple question on the behalf of my mother's new insurance and I was blown away with the unprofessionalism provided by the employee who picked up the phone (she did not provide her name). She was extremely rude and failed to provide quality customer service. I was very disappointed with my experience over the phone with Teamsters, we never had an issue with them in the last 20+ years my mother has been a member; however this time I had to leave this review.
