Local 863 is a great union but there is one person who works there named Rita who is always so rude. She is very unprofessional with her attitude towards people. People should be passionate about their jobs and if they can’t handle even the nicest people over the phone then they should find someplace else to work at because customer service is not their field of expertise. Everyone has bad days but that is not our fault and we shouldn’t pay for her bad day or bad attitude. Other than that everyone else there is great!

March 11, 2021 Great organization, another great year Local 863 cancelled my wife’s health insurance without notification. When I became aware of this I submitted the required paperwork after a follow up call they informed me they would need additional paperwork, really!
I don’t know but a phone call would of been nice from one of there 20+ employees (this is why we need so many regulatory agencies) I think my dues should go up, (currently $120+)
