I got my sweet dog Chloe from this place and the whole experience was absolutely beautiful! Denise was so kind and helpful—she made sure Chloe was healthy, gave me all the proper food, the best treats, and even helped me pick out the cutest clothes for her. Chloe was clearly well cared for and happy, and I left feeling confident and excited as a new dog parent. I’m so in love with my new puppy and couldn’t be happier with the amazing service and care I received. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a furry companion!

We got our little Maddie through Denise. We worked with her to find the right pup for us. Not being local, we spent a lot of time looking at pictures and trying to make a decision. They didn't have the Multipoo we were looking for at the time, but when Maddie came available, Denise reached right out to us. Maddie is a perfect fit with our family, and with our other dogs. Absolutely STAY AWAY from this boutique. I bought a puppy there that was nearly impossible to train due to innate issues. Returning items is a nightmare—the owner is rude and unprofessional. Most recently, I was promised a refund on a $36 collar but was only given store credit, then accused of lying. I’ve heard other horror stories about their customer service and puppies, and I witnessed staff letting dogs get riled up instead of controlling the situation. They do not care about you or the dogs. Do not be fooled. I will never do business with them again. Beware.

Always great service when visiting and having our pups groomed. Renee, Donna & Denise have been very helpful and available if needed. The shop is beautiful and you can get lost in buying so many cute clothes, toys and more. Our pups are super well mannered don’t bark and can go anywhere (people don’t even know they are there). We love to go in and visit with the pups often while ours are being groomed. 🥰

Amazing experience! I have known Donna for years and she is wonderful, great customer service. I also love Stephanie, she has delivered our puppies for many years now and her service is outstanding, she truly loves what she does, she is professional and gives a wonderful closure to the customer experience received from day one by Donna and her team. I had an amazing experience with Renee at Teacup Puppies. I found a adorable Yorkie online on Instagram and called the store. Renee kindly arranged an online interview with me and my kids, and from the moment we met virtually, we fell in love with our puppy. Without hesitation, we decided to purchase him.

Since I needed to transport the dog to Cayman, which has strict requirements regarding vaccines and quarantine, Renee went above and beyond to make the process smooth. She personally took the puppy to the vet for each appointment, arranging everything without even being asked. Throughout the process, she kept us updated with photos and videos of our baby at least once a week, which was very reassuring and heartwarming.

When it was time for us to collect the puppy, Renee walked us through the entire process, providing guidance and support to ensure we were comfortable as new dog owners. Her dedication, professionalism, and genuine care for both the puppies and their new families are truly commendable.

I can't recommend Renee enough. She made this experience so positive and stress-free, and I am forever grateful for her kindness and support.

She is truly committed to insuring that everyone involved ((the new pet parent, new pet puppy etc.....) is happy and content. She can provide a wealth of important contacts that include "tried and true puppy care
specialists."

Her team is led by manager. Renee Boston in her specialty store located on South University Drive in Davie, Fla. It is incredibly clean & organized. Puppy care is at its best! The staff are well informed, very thorough during orientation and patient. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a superior quality /healthy teacup puppy.
