Before I delivered here, the first time I ever heard of a drop and hook having a very strict appointment time. Live unload I get, but really?

Probably the worst run warehouse I ever started up. After 2.5 years I couldn’t take the lack of accountability across the board. Just terrible low end management, many of the leads had better leadership qualities than the operations managers. Place needs a secret 3rd party evaluation, there would be many people let go if this occurred.

Don’t come here for pick up or drop off . They waste all your day .

You have 2 hours grace period before or after to make delivery appointment. If you miss that window you must reschedule. Target can take up to 2 weeks to have dropped trailers off loaded. Currently experiencing it now, this is my first and last time coming here.

Avoid this place by any means necessary.
My appt was for 12:30 on January 1, 2023.
6 hours later, i am stilling waiting.
They will mess your plans up totally.
I’ll never in my life come back here.

Also, for live unloads,
you have to drop trailer and leave the property and find parking on your own.
Which there isn’t any parking nearby!

Bro don’t came here , appt 11am , came in facility 6:40 am they said come back accordingly appt 10:30-11:30 not min late or earlier , then came back 10:32 they put in system 10:38 am , still here , it’s 5.17 pm , really are u guys out of your mind , wasted person whole day , bro best advice don’t come here , and no parking , too many signs no parking , u have to go 17-25 mins away to parking tA OR PILOT , messed up your log book hours , then wait for whole to get unload , rest up to you guys , good luck to everyone

If you are in trucking business Don't ever pick a load to drop here,you will mess up all your week schedule,I promise you. DON'T EVER TAKE A LOAD TO DROP HERE , i have live load I drop my trailer Friday 9:30 pm now Sunday morning I don’t have any updates they told me call me when my trailer is empty I am still hear last 42 hours. DONT PICK UP LOAD FOR TARGET NJ.

1 hour at check in Live unload drop trailer then must leave closest place 10 miles at TA. 4 hours later call to get trailer
