I'm not sure this is a violation but I have purchased meat from the butcher shop at the Hernandez Market and subsequently gotten quite sick. Is it possible that this is a violation for the delivery of perishable materials. The delivery truck or van is a repurposed mobile auto repair mechanic vehicle and as you can see they store the meat on trays on spare tires and chicken in waxed boxes. On the other side is where they store the bread for delivery from some Bakery. There doesn't seem to be any steps to cover contamination as they handle the meat by hand after they walk out of the store touching all the surfaces along the way. Same with the unwrapped bread. I feel this is Highly Questionable with a great chance of cross-contamination and concerns with perishability as there's no Refrigeration.

I had food poisoning with the tacos they were selling during the Point Fair. I'm pretty sure it was the chicken tacos because I didn't drink alcohol or ate anything else. When I mentioned it to the owner she said that it was probably the heat. Not it wasn't. It was for sure those tacos. I was sick for two days. It was terrible. I heard from other neighbors they also got sick with their food. Never again. I also bought fruits from there and realize later that they were bad. Went back to complain and they said that I should have brought it back. How am I going to bring back a rotten fruit?

Taco stand next to market is terrible, tacos are really greasy and hot dogs are day old. Do not recomend at all
